Works on the pedestrian crossing near Shoal Bay Holiday Park entrance are expected to begin during mid June 2020 and should be completed within three weeks time.

The works will include:

  • Construction of a raised pedestrian crossing and associated drainage works
  • Lighting upgrade to the pedestrian crossing
  • Removal of trees to improve visibility and safety of pedestrians using hte crossing
  • Extension of the 40km High Pedestrian Activity Area along Shoal Bay Road to the Shoal Bay Avenue intersection
