We're undertaking road rehabilitation on a section of Sandy Point Road, Corlette between Judith Street and Corlette Point Road.

The works include:

Road pavement reconstruction.
Installation of pavement subsoil drainage.
New asphalt road surface and line marking.

Latest Updates

The new asphalt looking great and the linemarking is scheduled for completion by the end of this month.

New subbase pavement layer has been placed and compacted this week and the team are now moving onto the new base pavement layer.

Excavation of existing pavement and inputting of new DGB20 pavement is continuing although delayed this week with the weather.

We have just commenced work on a pavement rehabilitation project along Sandy Point Road, Corlette. The project involves 100m of full width pavement rehabilitation with addition of subsoil drainage.
