Fern Bay and North Stockton Strategy

Over the last 15 years, Fern Bay and North Stockton has experienced rapid population growth, with many people moving to one of our region’s best-kept secrets. Recognising the importance of the area, Port Stephens Council and the City of Newcastle have collaborated to draft a future growth strategy – ensuring there’s a clear plan in place for this developing township.

This strategy aims to identify opportunities for Fern Bay and North Stockton, making it an even better place to live, work, play and grow.
