Playground Upgrade

We are planning a new playground to replace the existing facility and we would like your input to help guide the design. Tell us what your priorities are for the new playspace to help create a fun, safe and welcoming space for local families.

Council's Asset Management Plan sets a 15-year lifespan for playgrounds. While this playground is not scheduled for replacement until 2030/2031, a Works in Kind agreement with the developer means the upgrade can be delivered sooner, without waiting for funding.

The new playspace will be a local-level playground, designed to provide play opportunities for nearby residents within an easy 500m walking distance.
