Playground Replacement

We are planning an upgrade to the existing playground facility at Boat Harbour Playground. We aim to deliver modern, high-quality play facilities.

The existing playground at Boat Harbour was installed in 2017. Council has received a Third-Party Inspection Report suggesting the playground, due to materiality, is in need of urgent replacement to continue to ensure the safety of the community. To keep everyone safe the playground is now closed.

The $150,000 project is fully funded by Council, covering the removal of old equipment and construction of the new playground.

The upgraded playground will be a local-level playground, designed to provide play opportunities for nearby residents.
