Playground Replacement

We are planning a replacement to the existing playground facility at Anseline Park, Raymond Terrace. We aim to deliver modern, high-quality play facilities that are accessible to all residents, promoting inclusivity and accessibility for everyone.

Anseline Park Playground was installed in 2016. The site is located in an area of public open space, surrounded by large trees and is overlooked by a number of residential properties.

Council has received a Third-Party Inspection Report outlining the playground is in need of an upgrade due to its current state to keep the community safe.

The $150,000 project is fully funded by Council, covering the removal of old equipment and construction of the new playground.

The replacement playground will be a local-level playground, designed to provide play opportunities for nearby residents.
