Young people of Port Stephens, we need your help to create a new youth plan.

Your input will help us better understand what young people think is important to their future.

How can I get involved?

1. Do a survey
Share your thoughts about what young people think is important please complete the online survey.

2. Enter our photo mapping competition

Take a photo which represents one of the six themes from the proposed Port Stephens Youth Plan: Including us; Somewhere to live; Living green; Happy and healthy; Feeling safe; Skilled and ready.

Map your photo to the location and tell us your story. See instructions below.

You can win a $50 visa card voucher for the photo which will be voted the best for each theme (total available $300).

This photo mapping competition is open until 31 October 2019 so start snapping and pinning!

    The Port East Youth Advisory Panel crew have been busy working with the local community to develop ideas and eventually plans for a youth friendly space on the Tomaree peninsula where young people can connect with peers and services in a safe and chilled environment. The crew have just come up with the concept to run a competition titled Bay Brains that will give any interested youth (12 to 24 years of age) the opportunity to win some awesome prizes by simply creating a digital / hard copy work e.g. a short 2 minute video; song (lyrics); a poster that...
